Immediately Deb and I connected as we had something in common - my mother. Deb is a very kind woman who takes into consideration that selling a home can cause a lot of emotional stress. Everyone has a story and Deb is willing to listen. The home was listed just one day short of two weeks! After a closing date was chosen, I spent weekends in Glen Ellyn (I live in Rock Island) working on mom's home, what to keep, what not to keep, where I go, who I call, etc. Deb was always only a phone call/text away from assisting me. I believe I made a new friend in Deb Ritter. My only disappointment is that we live so far apart and may never have contact again.
